These terms describe how AZ Welding Handyman quotes, fabricates and installs. Hiring us means agreeing to the basics below.
Estimates are free and based on what we can see and measure at the visit. Custom pieces are fabricated to the agreed design — if you want a change after fabrication starts, we tell you honestly what it costs before doing it, and nothing extra happens without your OK.
Shop fabrication runs on schedule regardless of weather. Installation is outdoor work — extreme heat advisories or storms can move an install day, and when that happens we contact you and set the next available date.
Welding and grinding throw sparks — we protect the work area, keep pets and people clear, and leave the site clean. Tell us at the estimate about anything buried where posts are going — irrigation, wiring, low-voltage lines.
The price agreed at the estimate is the price, unless the design changes and we agree on the change together. Payment terms for larger fabrication projects are discussed before work starts, so there are no surprises on either side.
